About the Artist

‘Let me bring the ocean to your home’

I was born in Germany, emigrated to Australasia 27 years ago & now live in the beautiful Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. My partner & I are dreaming of self-sustainable boat living, simplifying life, catching fish & sailing where the wind will take us.
Boat trips to the Great Barrier Reef, Hinchinbrook Island, Cape York & the Gulf of Carpentaria have been a great inspiration for my artwork.

Being at sea and on the beach awakens feelings of peace & freedom within my soul & makes me feel alive.

With acrylic painting I try to capture these feelings, creating a vibrancy that lights up my heart & brightens everyday life. I hope my art does the same for you.
